Eric was great

Brought my car in on Friday 1/17/25 for oil change and the next day my car was smoking and wouldn’t start. Realized that they overfilled the oil. Had over 11Qts of oil. My future brother in law is an employee with them and drained some of the oil on 1/19/25 so that I could drive it back in on 1/20/25. Extremely disappointed on how someone can overfill the oil and potentially ruin my entire engine and car. I think it would be great to have a supervisor of that location call to follow up on this.

Connor is great to work with. I got in and out in 35 minutes for oil change tire rotation, and multi point inspection, as well as the explanation on anything he found. Fast reliable service. Unlike my Hondas when I take them to the Honda dealership, it takes over an hour and a half for the same service. Keep up the good work.

Such an easy process from start to finish. The minute you pull into the Service Center you are greeted, completely easy check-in. Comfortable lounge to wait. Service was completed very quickly. I was informed of what was done, had time to ask a question and check out was quick and easy. Everyone from Service to Front Desk was awesome!

I had an oil change completed, and the service department did not put the drain plug back in. My car had to be towed back to the service department, and I was met with an abundance of excuses as to why this wasn’t their fault. I’m still waiting to hear if there’s any damage to my car.

When I made the appointment for my first oil change , I was told that it was on us meaning it was free! Friendly service writer answered my questions and immediately scheduled my appointment Dropped my truck off before service department was open and returned a few hours later to find my truck ready for pickup as promised when I made the appointment. It was just an oil change, but they got me in early, got it done fast, and Connor the service writer was great. Not sure what else I could ask for.

Our sales team member was great, helping my wife get the perfect Buick Enclave. Not pleased to hear Buick is leaving the dealership but my sales guy informed me he would still be able to get me Buicks in the future. The finance lady was so nice and a joy to work with too! I enjoyed everything and think you will too!

It was easy and perfect from start to finish. We were greeted by our salesman, Eric, told him the models we were considering, features that were non negotiable, and preferred color. He said one of the models no longer had the features, but the other did, he had it, let me get it, and sent us out on a test drive. Eric did not accompany us on our test drive and didn't give us a time frame, which was very much appreciated. The financing was extremely fast, and Tammy was an incredibly easy person to work with. Couldn't ask for better service. What also impressed me was both Eric and Tammy told us how long they had worked there, how long the people in the service department have worked there, along with their names, and the easiest way to access service. It was a perfect experience.

We had an engine light pop on, they told us to bring it in. We dropped it off that night before closing and they fit us in the next day. It was diagnosed by 8 am, parts were available and fixed later that morning ahead of estimated time. Amazing service team!

Salesman was very nice and knew all about everything on the cars I drove. He explained everything so it was easy for me to understand!

Appointment for general servive/tire rotation, in addition to entertainment center function problems since last software update. I was told this issue was resolved, but after leaving dealership, there was no change or improvement.

The whole process of buying the new truck was very pleasant. Eric is knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Being given the keys for a test drive by myself was something I have not had before and was a wonderful idea. Negotiating the price and closing the paper work was low key and easy. Picking up the truck and Eric again was very helpful making sure I had an understanding of all the new features.

Not much to tell I made an appointment to change my oil. The oil was changed and I got my car back. That’s about all there is to it.

Work estimate was not clearly communicated before work was completed. Also: Parts indicated in initial quote were not available, tech ordered aftermarket parts that were far more expensive than original parts (which were discontinued for vehicle), parts were installed before communicating with vehicle owner the cost of ordered alternative parts. Overall invoice cost was more than 2x estimated price.

The guys in the service department at Valley GMC are the best!

Set appointment to have service on my Enclave which was easy to do. Had oil changed and tires rotated. Service found my air and cabin filter needed to be replaced. Service was complete within an hour.

Despite waiting 3 months for the part the repair job was performed well. Welcoming, friendly and frank.

Service is so easy, pull into the service bay, greeted right away, using the GMC app on my phone made scheduling simple, convenient, and fast. Using the app had all my information in the system. Pull in, leave your keys, head to the coffee bar, (recommend better GMC coffee)

I was disappointed that after the service was completed you folks didn't wash my car.

The greeter in the service department was great - customer service, although whoever changed my oil there was grease left on my center console pad, that I had to wipe clean.

Conner did a great job ,he noticed that my Acadia reached 50,000 miles and recommended a transmission flush.I was only there for a oil change but am pleased he saved me from a return trip. FYI the transmission seems to shift gears a lot smoother!!!

Eric was very helpful in ordering , to the final sale of our truck. He was never pushy, knew the answer to all of our questions. Was always plesent to talk with. The final finance of the purchase was handled very well also. Never felt pressured to purchase extras but extras were offered.

Perfect service! Been at Valley since buying my first Buick late Spring. Have 19,000 miles, 4 oil changes. Just purchased wheels and winter tires. Was stunned when I ordered my tires and was told would be in next day. Never had that happen before and I always buy from my dealership. We have all services on our autos done at the dealership. We have been so impressed with Valley that my husband, who has owned a few Buicks, has started taking his to Valley also. We were at our previous dealership for about 10 years but the dealership was sold and no longer carries Buicks. We want a dealership we can buy from and count on for service. That is Valley. Can't say enough great things about Valley from their sales staff, receptionists, accessories/parts department and, of course, the service.department.

The repairs that were needed was explained in its entirety, the work was completed in an expedient manner and the workmanship was excellent

I bought my truck Oct 20th. About 3 days after my transmission went out. I brought it back to the dealer and talked to Dave M about the issue. He then took us back to service and talked to Connor who was super helpful with doing everything he could to make it cheaper for us. Dave also helped pay for the transmission and I couldn’t thank him enough for his help. I appreciate how easy this dealership was to work with. Even though the transmission went out a few days after and then I couldn’t drive it for about a month, I have no complaints about this dealership because of their great effort to help us out as much as they could.
